Chilly Powder prides itself on its childcare facilities and we are looking for an exceptional and hard‑working Childcare Manager with bags of energy and enthusiasm to make sure the children staying with us have as good a time as their parents.

As Childcare Manager you will be in charge of the day to day running of the creche and childcare team. We always have a team of full time, fully qualified nannies and our guests regularly leave us with fantastic praise for the team.

Working in our in‑house kids club, weeks can vary so you need to be confident and enjoy working with all ages of children from 3 months to 8 years. You must be caring, responsible, active and a team player. As well as providing high level hands on childcare with your team, you will also take responsibility for managing, motivating, and overseeing the childcare team. You’ll combine your day to day hands‑on involvement with confident leadership, ensuring high standards while aiding your team to deliver fun, engaging, and safe childcare.

You’ll be the main contact for parents, meaning clear communication, a calm presence, and a positive approach are invaluable. The ideal candidate is someone with strong childcare experience ready for leadership, or a proven team manager with a passion for working with children.
