Job summary

Accor Tech & Digital seeks a Chief of Staff to support the SVP and executive team, enhancing time management, information flow, and decision-making. You will foster leadership dynamics, coordinate strategic projects, and act as a transversal facilitator at all levels, reporting to the SVP.

You will drive strategy communication, prepare committees and townhalls, and oversee cross-functional engagement to push global initiatives forward.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• Excellent level of English; additional languages are a plus.
• Excellent communication and engagement skills, written and verbal.
• Strong project management and coordination skills.
• Strong numerical and analytical skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficient in creating high-level presentations and reports.
• Experience in driving team engagement and overseeing communications.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the SVP and Executive Team on strategy, roadmap, and OKRs.
• Ensure SVP’s priorities are effectively communicated and applied.
• Prepare interventions for the SVP (committees, townhalls, conferences).
• Ensure seamless communication and execution of strategies across functions.
• Lead and support global projects and CC governance.
• Facilitate department direction committees and oversee internal communication.
• Drive team engagement through meetings, offsites, and events.
