• Structure roadmaps, track milestones, identify bottlenecks and proactively challenge execution.
• Prepare concise executive briefings and decision-ready materials.
• Consolidate inputs for Presidency and top management requests.
• Ensure rigor, transparency and quality control across deliverables.
• Monitor budget elements and interact effectively with Finance and the CEO Office.
• Demonstrate understanding of Shipping ecosystems.
• Explore emerging topics (AI, innovation, Shipping technology trends) and provide structured insights.
• Coordinate with other Chiefs of Staff and senior stakeholders across the organization.
• Support complex cross-functional initiatives from design to execution.
• Manage one person.
