Description du poste

As the Chief of Staff you will partner directly with the CEO and the Executive Committee (Excom). You will drive strategic projects, ensure operational excellence and create alignment across the organisation. You will orchestrate Jumps top priorities and ensure that the company’s heartbeat is aligned with its vision, metrics and growth ambitions.

1. Strategy & Special Projects

Lead strategic cross‑functional initiatives that currently lack an owner (for example: launch into a new market, post‑acquisition integration, optimisation of a key department).

Provide decision‑support: prepare analyses, executive summaries and recommendations for the CEO and the Executive Committee to inform strategic decision‑making.

Support fundraising & M&A: assist in the preparation of investor materials (pitch decks), manage due‑diligence processes and coordinate with investors and legal/advisory counsel.

2. Operations & Organisational Efficiency

Optimise processes: identify operational bottlenecks that hamper growth and propose scalable solutions to industrialise the organisation.

High‑level troubleshooting: act as a fire‑fighter for urgent and critical issues that emerge across the business.

Define and track OKRs/KPIs: help set the company’s strategic objectives, ensure they are cascaded, followed and aligned across teams.

3. Communication & Alignment

Gatekeeper and facilitator for the CEO: manage the information flow into the CEO’s office, ensure the CEO’s time is focused on the highest priorities and relieve them of non‑core execution tasks.

Orchestrate the Executive Committee (CODIR): prepare meeting agendas, ensure decisions are taken and actions tracked to completion.

Internal communication: act as a translator of the CEO’s vision, ensuring transparency and alignment between departments (Sales, Marketing, Product, Tech, Ops).
