The CFO will oversee financial planning, reporting, and compliance, while managing partnerships with the CEO and investors for growth and profitability. • Proven experience as a senior finance leader within life sciences, biopharma, or R&D services sectors.
• Strong track record managing full P&L responsibility and working in PE-backed environments.
• Deep knowledge of French financial regulation, tax, and labour frameworks.

Hartmann Young are partnering with a private equity–backed life sciences organisation to appoint an experienced Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join its executive leadership team.

The CFO will be responsible for leading all financial operations, providing strategic and operational leadership across finance, accounting, and compliance. This role will oversee financial planning, reporting, and performance management, while ensuring strong governance and collaboration with key external stakeholders including auditors, tax authorities, and financial institutions.
