Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required with advanced degree; significant experience in a similar operating leadership role.
• Experience leading capital raises and negotiating large commercial agreements.
• Proven ability to scale manufacturing and supply chain operations; executive presence and strong execution.
• Experience working with a Board of Directors and building high-performing leadership teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide overall business leadership and strategic direction.
• Scale manufacturing and supply chain operations to support growth.
• Lead growth capital raises and manage investor relations.
• Negotiate complex commercial agreements with large corporate and utility customers.
