You must be forklift certified, able to lift up to 45 lbs, read industrial scales, and follow detailed instructions. The role emphasizes safety, food-safety standards, and efficient packing while aligning with customer specifications.

• Flush packing line between orders to prevent cross-contamination.
• Apply seals and record seal numbers; track lot numbers.
• Ensure compliance with food safety standards in sealing.
• Prioritize orders per packing schedule.
