Job summary

Pierre Fabre Laboratories, a global leader in pharma and dermo-cosmetics, offers a quality internship within the International Directorate to coordinate quality across 32 subsidiaries. The role involves contributing to the Quality Management System and governance of document management with AI tools.

Ideal candidates are senior-year engineering or pharmacy students with strong English and solid knowledge of office software and AI tools, plus a collaborative mindset.

Responsibilities

• Support updating the Quality Management System under the International Directorate.
• Use internal documentation management tools and AI tools to review and organize quality documents.
• Help deploy Quality Group guidelines with filiales and monitor actions.

Your mission

Votre rôle au sein d’une entreprise pionnière en pleine expansion.

Intégrer l’équipe Qualité de la Direction de l’International du Groupe Pierre Fabre en charge de la coordination qualité de ses 32 filiales de commercialisation à l’international pour le domaine Qualité pour les médicaments et produits cosmétiques du Groupe.

Ce stage vous permettra d’acquérir une solide expérience dans le domaine de la qualité d’un environnement règlementaire varié (médicaments, produits cosmétiques, compléments alimentaires….) selon une organisation matricielle dédiée à l’international.

Dans le cadre de votre stage, vos missions seront :

• Participer à l’actualisation du Système de Management de la Qualité de la Direction de l’International : Gouvernance qualité, Revue de Direction Qualité (bilan de 2026- et suivi des actions), actualisation de documents qualité …..


• S’approprier les outils internes (Gestion électronique de la documentation et de management de la Qualité + l’outil interne d’Intelligence Artificielle) afin de faciliter et d’accélérer l’analyse de la documentation qualité des filiales pour s’assurer de leur conformité; définir des plans d’actions appropriés si besoin.


• Participer à l’Amélioration de la mise en application des Lignes Directrices Qualité Groupe par les filiales en leur décryptant les principaux process qualité (notamment, change control, déviation, gouvernance qualité…).


• Co animer la communauté qualité: réunions régulières avec filiales

Le stage se déroulera sur notre site des Cauquillous, à Lavaur (81), à 30 minutes de Toulouse et débutera à partir de février 2027, pour une durée de 6 mois.

Etudiant en école d’ingénieur et/ou 5 ou 6° année de pharmacie et/ou mastère en qualité.

• Bon niveau d’anglais écrit, lu et parlé.


• Bonnes connaissances des outils bureautiques classiques et d’intelligence Artificielle.
