Biotech Dental in Salon-de-Provence, France, is seeking a Senior Digital Product Manager to lead market analysis, define product value propositions, and coordinate cross-functional launches.

You will train operational and commercial teams, produce digital content, monitor sales, and act as a liaison across disciplines while applying Agile practices and a user-centric UX/UI mindset.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Business, Engineering, Digital, Product Management, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years' experience in Digital Product Management or Product Management.
• Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.).
• Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, Figma, and Miro.
• Strong UX/UI awareness with a user-centric mindset.

Responsabilités

• Conduct market analysis through customer insights, field feedback, and external market research.
• Monitor competitors and develop compelling product value propositions and sales arguments.
• Create sales enablement tools and promotional materials (product documentation, marketing assets, PowerPoint presentations, packaging, etc.).
• Managing new product launches while ensuring deadlines and budgets are met.
• Training operational and commercial teams on new products and solutions.
• Producing content for digital communication, press releases, and events.
• Developing organizational tools to support planning and follow-up activities.
• Monitoring sales performance and preparing forecasts.
• Acting as a key liaison between cross-functional teams to collect, consolidate, and share product information.

Your missions :

As a Senior Digital Product Manager, your main responsibilities will include:

Profile

• Master's degree (Bachelor +5 equivalent) in Business, Engineering, Digital, Product Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years' experience in Digital Product Management or Product Management.
• Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.).
• Proficiency with product management and collaboration tools such as Jira, Confluence, Figma, and Miro.
• Strong UX/UI awareness with a user-centric mindset.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
• Team player with strong autonomy, curiosity, and a results-oriented approach.
• Professional proficiency in English is a strong asset.
• Previous experience in the dental industry would be highly appreciated.
