Jifmar Group recherche un Chef de projet IS expérimenté pour piloter l’intégration de systèmes et assurer l’interconnexion fluide des données entre Finance, ERP et RH. Le candidat coordonnera les équipes, validera les livrables et gérera les risques et interdépendances entre projets.

Lieu: Aix-en-Provence. Démarrage ASAP. Déplacements fréquents prévus. Salaire annuel estimé entre 50 000 et 55 000 €. Un cadre stimulant et des projets variés dans un groupe maritime international vous attendent.

Responsabilités

• Analyser les exigences techniques et coordonner avec les parties prenantes.
• Piloter les projets de mise en œuvre pour les finances, ERP et HR.
• Configurer et déployer les systèmes Finance, ERP et RH.
• Conception et déploiement d’interfaces entre systèmes (ETL, API, etc.).
• Gérer les phases de développement, tests et déploiement.
• Surveiller les performances d’interconnexion et optimiser en continu.
• Rédiger la documentation technique et assurer le transfert de compétences aux équipes.
• Validation des livrables techniques en collaboration avec les unités métier.
• Intégration de solutions tierces dans l’écosystème IS.
• Gérer les risques, priorités et interdépendances entre projets.
• Mettre en œuvre des plans de test pour garantir la qualité des données échangées.

The IS Project Manager coordinates the implementation of business IS systems, ensuring that they are effectively interconnected for fluid, centralised data management. He/she ensures that the solutions implemented are aligned with the business processes and contribute to the overall IS strategy.

Tasks and activities

• Analysing technical requirements and coordinating with stakeholders.
• Steering implementation projects for Finance, ERP and HR systems.
• Configuring and deploying Finance, ERP and FU systems.
• Design and deployment of interfaces between systems (ETL, API, etc.).
• Managing the development, testing and deployment phases.
• Monitoring interconnection performance and ongoing optimisation.
• Technical documentation and skills transfer to teams.
• Validation of technical deliverables in collaboration with the business units.
• Integrating third-party solutions into the IS ecosystem.
• Managing risks, priorities and interdependencies between projects.
• Implementing test plans to guarantee the quality of data exchanged.
