Acxias is seeking a final-year student for an SAP Ariba Project Manager Internship in Paris. You will support consultants and project managers on innovative SAP Ariba projects for large French and international groups, participating in client meetings, project planning, and progress reporting.

The role emphasizes learning, initiative, and impact within a rapidly growing firm, with opportunities to engage in AI use cases in purchasing and supply chain.

Responsibilities

• Assist Project Managers in planning, monitoring and coordinating SAP Ariba projects.
• Participate in client meetings and workshops and in project reporting.
• Monitor progress of deliverables and coordinate actions across stakeholders.
• Support testing, acceptance, and documentation phases (functional/technical).
• Contribute to continuous improvement and actionable corrective measures.

As an SAP Ariba Project Manager Intern , you will support our consultants and project managers in the implementation of innovative projects for large French and international groups.

You will actively participate in the projects:

• Assist Project Managers in the planning, monitoring and coordination of SAP Ariba projects
• Participate in client meetings and workshops
• Monitor the progress of deliverables and prepare project reports
• Ensure coordination and communication between the various stakeholders
• Participate in the testing, acceptance, and functional and technical documentation phases
• Contribute to the identification and implementation of corrective actions

You will also contribute to our innovation initiatives:

• Discovering AI use cases applied to purchasing and supply chain
• Participation in discussions on automation and generative AI
• Contribution to the continuous improvement of the firm's internal processes and offerings

The profile we are looking for

You are a student in your final year at a Business School, Engineering School or a University Master's program and you want to discover the world of consulting and project management.
