Air Liquide France Industrie is seeking a seasoned supervisor to organize unit operations, manage workflow, and act as the liaison with Industrial, Maintenance, SIO, and Business teams. You will oversee production volume and quality, drive site performance, and guarantee plant reliability.

The role requires a Bac+5 or engineering degree with at least 3 years of experience and the ability to read critical operating documents to solve production issues.

Qualifications

• Diploma at Bac+5 / Licence in engineering or equivalent technical degree
• At least 3 years of experience
• Technical and operational understanding of Air Liquide process operations / ability to read key operating documents and troubleshoot production issues
