Scope of Activities

To carry out some or all of the following activities :

Coordinate the teams
  • Organize and coordinate the work of your team by implementing a proximity management system
  • Ensure the implementation and application of quality, safety, environment, security and employment code rules
  • Ensure the cleanliness of all preparation, shipping and storage areas
  • Contribute to human resources management (training, induction, vacations, annual appraisals, etc.)
Inspect logistics activities
  • Organize the arrival and reception of goods
  • Manage goods locations and storage
  • Ensure correct order preparation
  • Manage preparation areas and ensure on-time shipment
  • Alert and ensure that regular checks and inspections are made
Manage stocks
  • Ensure compliance with warehousing rules
  • Contribute to the process of organizing inventories

Check that stock levels are correct

Implement the resources required to achieve the targets set
  • Organize your team(s) to suit the activity concerned
  • Assist operators by providing them with instructions and explanations in the event of problems
  • Carry out regular visual checks of team progress
  • Contribute to human resources management (training, induction, vacations, annual appraisals, etc.)
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
  • Interact with customers and / or suppliers
  • Report all anomalies, productivity variances, technical problems, etc. to your line manager
  • Complete the dashboard of indicators for the activity
  • Produce activity and results reports for your scope of responsibility.

Take responsibility for the KPI performance of your department

Lead and manage a team, ensuring that employee skills are developed in line with business developments and the needs of the organization

The activities are to be adapted for employees on work / study contracts (vocational training contracts, apprenticeship contracts, etc.) to remain consistent with their theory training.
