A bike leasing tech platform is seeking an Operations Intern to join the core French team in Paris. You will work directly with the Head of Operations to build, fix, and optimize operational processes. This is an active role where you will support customer success and turn emerging operations into a streamlined machine. The ideal candidate is pursuing a degree in Business or related fields and is fluent in both French and English. If you care about customer experience and sustainability, we want to hear from you.

  • You like ownership and are comfortable building from scratch.
  • You care about customer experience, mobility, and sustainability.

We’re looking for an Operations Intern edit the core French team and work directly with the Head of Operations. This is not a “watch and learn” internship. You’ll be in the engine room, helping us build, fix, optimize, and scale.

What you’ll actually do :
  • Be the right hand of the Head of Operations
  • Build and improve real operational processes (not slides)
  • Make Customer Success & Customer Support elseif fast, smooth, and human
  • Fix broken workflows and create better ones
  • Create simple, scalable processes, docs, and tools
  • Spot problems before customers do, and solve them
  • Help turn a young operation into a well‑oiled machine
Who we’re looking for :
  • You are currently pursuing a degree in Business, Operations, Engineering, Management
  • Fluent in English and French
  • You like ownership
  • You’re structured, sharp, and hands‑on
  • You’re fluent in French & English
