Euronext is seeking a Group CEO & Paris CEO Office Intern to join the CEO Office team in Paris. The six-month internship starts in January 2027 and reports to the Chief of Staff to the Group CEO and to the local CEO.

You will draft briefing notes, background papers and presentations for press interviews, client meetings and external conferences, and coordinate key events and internal communications to support the Paris Office.

Qualifications

• Final or penultimate year student from a Tier 1 school with strong academics.
• Fluent in French and English.
• Interest in the financial industry.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel).
• Strong organizational and project management skills.

Responsabilités

• Draft briefing notes, background papers and presentations for press interviews, client meetings and external conferences.
• Coordinate key corporate events such as the Euronext Annual Conference and Bell Ceremonies.
• Monitor strategic projects, organise meetings with stakeholders and ensure follow-up on actions.
• Assist with strategic plan development through research and internal projects.
• Draft internal communications, including newsletters and intranet articles.
• Coordinate internal committees and works council topics for the Paris Office.
• Support onboarding programmes and initiatives to strengthen the Paris Office.
• Participate in other CEO Office projects depending on direction and needs.

Are you ready to shape the future of capital markets? We are looking for a Group CEO & Paris CEO Office Intern to join the CEO Office team. The position will be based in Paris, and start in January 2027 for a six-month internship. You will report to the Chief of Staff to the Group CEO and to the local CEO.

You Will Primarily Be Responsible For

• Supporting the Group CEO and Paris CEO in their daily activities, including drafting briefing notes, background papers and presentations for press interviews, client meetings and external conferences
• Contributing to the preparation and coordination of key corporate events such as the Euronext Annual Conference and Bell Ceremonies
• Monitoring and tracking progress on strategic projects or ad hoc initiatives, organising and attending meetings with stakeholders, preparing minutes and ensuring follow-up on action items
• Assisting with the development of the strategic plan through prospective research and monitoring related internal projects
• Drafting internal communications, including the monthly newsletter and ad hoc articles for the intranet
• Coordinating internal committees and meetings, such as the Works Council, and following up on topics related to Euronext Paris business activities
• Leading or contributing to internal initiatives, including onboarding programmes and projects to strengthen community, engagement and operational efficiency within the Paris Office
• Participating in other projects and initiatives of the CEO Offices, depending on the strategic direction of Euronext and your preferences

Your Profile

• Final or penultimate year student from a Tier 1 business school, engineering school or university with strong academic credentials
• Fluent in French and English
• Good understanding of and/or strong interest in the financial industry
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel)
• Demonstrated organisational and project management skills
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Ability to anticipate, attention to detail
• Fast learner, proactive behaviour and entrepreneurial mindset
