Responsabilités

• Support the Group CEO and Paris CEO in daily activities and prepare briefing notes.
• Draft presentations for press interviews, client meetings and external conferences.
• Coordinate events like the Euronext Annual Conference and Bell Ceremonies.
• Monitor strategic projects and prepare minutes with follow-up actions.
• Assist strategic plan research and internal communications for the Paris Office.
• Participate in onboarding programs and internal initiatives within the CEO Office.

Are you ready to shape the future of capital markets? We are looking for a Group CEO & Paris CEO Office Intern to join the CEO Office team. The position will be based in Paris, and start in January 2027 for a six-month internship. You will report to the Chief of Staff to the Group CEO and to the local CEO.

You will primarily be responsible for:

• Supporting the Group CEO and Paris CEO in their daily activities, including drafting briefing notes, background papers and presentations for press interviews, client meetings and external conferences
• Contributing to the preparation and coordination of key corporate events such as the Euronext Annual Conference and Bell Ceremonies
• Monitoring and tracking progress on strategic projects or ad hoc initiatives, organising and attending meetings with stakeholders, preparing minutes and ensuring follow-up on action items
• Assisting with the development of the strategic plan through prospective research and monitoring related internal projects
• Drafting internal communications, including the monthly newsletter and ad hoc articles for the intranet
• Coordinating internal committees and meetings, such as the Works Council, and following up on topics related to Euronext Paris business activities
• Leading or contributing to internal initiatives, including onboarding programmes and projects to strengthen community, engagement and operational efficiency within the Paris Office
• Participating in other projects and initiatives of the CEO Offices, depending on the strategic direction of Euronext and your preferences

Your profile:

• Final or penultimate year student from a Tier 1 business school, engineering school or university with strong academic credentials
• Fluent in French and English
• Good understanding of and/or strong interest in the financial industry
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel)
• Demonstrated organisational and project management skills
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Ability to anticipate, attention to detail
• Fast learner, proactive behaviour and entrepreneurial mindset
