Reporting to the Prospective and Scientific communication director, you will play a key role in the development and promotion of innovative, high-performance, and differentiating skincare and makeup products.
You will work closely with the R&D teams to integrate relevant scientific concepts into the marketing strategy and ensure product consistency. You will also be responsible for creating compelling storytelling around scientific discoveries, active concepts, and biological mechanisms, while formulating clear and accessible claims for consumers.
Internally, you will help to highlight the company's research expertise by strengthening the innovation culture among teams. Externally, you will collaborate with ° teams to ensure the visibility of innovations and expertise through impactful visual and semantic content.
Participation in all stages of development of each new product, in collaboration with the various R&D teams and Marketing, to ensure that the product developed by R&D meets Marketing's expectations:
For each product launch :
Monitor trends, texture / packaging innovations and scientific concepts by attending trade conferences, B-to-B cosmetics shows and supplier seminars. Feedback of this information at debriefing meetings with R&D and marketing to feed stories and future products
