Responsibilities

• Analyze, negotiate, and draft all types of service agreements within a scope of Transportation & Logistics suppliers (i.e., logistics providers, carriers, various service providers, and consultants supporting these strategic activities), and generally, all legal documentation established with each provider, from the request for proposal (RFP) to the termination of the relationship, including the contractualization phase.
• Provide support to operational teams for any questions relating to contracts and ongoing projects, whether dedicated to the assigned scope or transversal.
• Manage pre-litigation and litigation related to the activity in connection with our lawyers, if necessary.
• You may also be required to work on environmental law issues in order to legally support the brand's strategy, and the Sephora Collection private label, regarding environmental responsibility.
