Rexel, groupe mondial spécialiste de la distribution électrique, recherche un responsable infrastructure cloud et systèmes pour piloter les environnements Azure hybrides et les centres de données. Vous dirigerez des équipes techniques et assurerez la fiabilité, la sécurité et la conformité.

Le profil idéal maîtrise Azure, VMware et les pratiques IaC, avec au moins 8 ans d’expérience en infrastructure et leadership technique. Anglais courant indispensable; poste en Île-de-France.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree exigé dans un domaine lié à l’informatique ou systèmes d’information.
• 8+ années d’expérience en infrastructure IT ou environnements cloud.
• Expérience de gestion de clouds et d’hébergement.
• Expérience en leadership d’équipes d’ingénierie infrastructure/cloud.
• Forte expérience avec Microsoft Azure dans des environnements hybrides et la virtualisation VMware.
• Anglais courant exigé.

Responsabilités

• Cloud Infrastructure Management: concevoir, déployer et gérer des environnements Azure, assurer évolutivité et sécurité.
• Data Center & Platform Management: gérer centres de données, infrastructures virtualisées et plateformes hybrides.
• Infrastructure Architecture & Strategy: contribuer à la définition et exécution de la stratégie cloud et infra.
• Security, Compliance & Governance: aligner l’infra sur SOC2, ISO 27001, GDPR; collaborer avec sécurité.
• Team Leadership: encadrer et mentorer les ingénieurs infra/cloud; coordonner avec DevOps et équipes partenaires.
• Operations & Reliability: assurer la disponibilité et la résilience; participer à la surveillance et aux incidents.

Key Responsibilities

Cloud Infrastructure Management

• Design, implement, and manage cloud infrastructure environments, primarily on Microsoft Azure.
• Ensure scalability, performance, reliability, and security of cloud services.
• Oversee provisioning, configuration, and lifecycle management of cloud resources.
• Contribute to cloud governance and architecture standards.

Data Center & Platform Management

• Manage enterprise hosting environments including data centers, virtualized infrastructure, and hybrid cloud platforms.
• Ensure high availability and disaster recovery capabilities.
• Support hosting for enterprise applications, databases, and analytics platforms.
• Monitor infrastructure capacity and performance.

Infrastructure Architecture & Strategy

• Contribute to the definition and execution of the cloud and infrastructure strategy.
• Support cloud migration initiatives from on-premise environments to cloud platforms.
• Implement automation and Infrastructure-as-Code solutions.
• Help design scalable and resilient infrastructure architectures.

Security, Compliance & Governance

• Ensure infrastructure aligns with security policies and regulatory standards (SOC2, ISO 27001, GDPR).
• Work closely with cybersecurity teams to implement security controls.
• Support identity access policies and infrastructure security monitoring.

Team Leadership

• Lead and mentor infrastructure and cloud engineers.
• Coordinate activities with DevOps, security, networking, and application teams.
• Manage relationships with vendors and external service providers.

Operations & Reliability

• Ensure infrastructure uptime and reliability.
• Participate in incident response, root cause analysis, and service restoration.
• Support monitoring, logging, and alerting practices.

• Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in IT infrastructure or cloud environments.
• Experience managing cloud andhosting environments.
• Experience leading infrastructure or cloud engineering teams.
• Strong experience with Microsoft Azure in hybrid environments and VMware virtualization.
• Fluent English required.

• Cloud platforms: Microsoft Azure (Hybrid Environment).
• Infrastructure: VMware, Hyper-V.
• Automation / IaC: Terraform.
• Containers: Kubernetes.
• Configuration management: Ansible, Chef, Puppet.
• Networking: VPC, VPN, load balancing, firewalls.
