We are looking for our future Danoner to join our Corporate Real Estate team as Real Estate Junior Manager.

This contract will take place in Paris, in our global headquarter.

In this position, you will report to Diane, Real Estate Senior Manager.

Key Responsibilities
  • Contribute to successful results for the 3 core missions of Corporate Real Estate team: Strengthening real estate governance (offices, warehouses, plants), Real estate data quality improvement / portfolio management, Spreading out of real estate expertise to / supporting stakeholders (global and CBU functions as well as real estate partners) towards real estate cost optimisation and sustainable commitments.
  • Governance: Strengthen capex and lease process (challenge bottom‑up vs. real estate benchmarks), coordinate with stakeholders both local SPOCs and capex teams.
  • Data & Portfolio: Monitor data update campaign, stakeholder management and KPI follow‑up to improve data quality, follow up of location updates throughout the year (liaising with governance), add value and contribute to new IT platform to be specified.
  • Expertise: Manage real estate community, draft tools to support real estate projects worldwide (how to books, guidelines, templates…), support any initiative towards cost optimisation incl. carry out first‑level contract audits, liaising with stakeholders incl. procurement, legal, finance and accounting teams, support sustainability projects incl. solar panels and biodigestors, contribute to regulatory & market watch.

About You
  • Master’s degree (University, business school, or engineering).
  • 2 to 3 years experience in the field or a related field.
  • Rigorous, enjoys working in a team, and highly adaptable.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office tools.
  • English and French essential to communicate with the rest of the team.
