2.Analyses & reporting

PROFIL

As part of the Central Supply Chain Planning team, the Procurement Planner helps to manage procurement planning activities with our factories and suppliers. Working closely with the Procurement & Production Planning, Purchasing and factory teams, he or she helps to ensure the availability of the components required for production, whilst guaranteeing the reliability of the associated data, analyses and reports.

This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain solid experience in Supply Chain Planning within an international environment and to contribute to addressing specific challenges relating to procurement and operational performance.

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Procurement Planning & Monitoring of Supplies

• Contribute to the consolidation and review of component requirements for all plants.
• Monitor procurement plans to ensure they are consistent with production requirements.
• Monitor supplier deliveries and identify potential risks that could impact production plans.
• Help monitor stock-outs, delivery delays and supply issues in coordination with the factories and Procurement teams.
• Ensure planning data is maintained and oversee the quality of procurement parameters.

2. Analysis & Reporting

• Prepare and maintain reports and dashboards relating to Procurement Planning activities.
• Monitor key performance indicators, in particular stock levels and coverage.
• Carry out ad hoc analyses to support decision‑making.

3. Contribution to the S&OP process for components

• Consolidate the data and analyses required for the monthly S&OP cycle relating to components.
• Participate in the analysis of material requirements in relation to supplier capacity.
• Contribute to the identification of risks and opportunities relating to procurement.
• Participate in the monitoring of obsolete stock and the evaluation of associated action plans.
• Contribute to projects aimed at the continuous improvement of planning, reporting and analysis tools.
• Take part in initiatives aimed at enhancing data quality and standardising processes.

PROFILE

Qualifications & Skills

• 5 years’ higher education – engineering school, business school or equivalent university degree, ideally with a specialisation in Supply Chain.
• Initial experience in Supply Chain (work placement, work‑study programme or first job).
• A strong aptitude for data analysis and numerically‑driven environments.
• Excellent command of Excel; knowledge of Power BI is an advantage.
• Meticulous, well‑organised and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Team player with good communication skills.
• Fluency in English is essential.
