Cartier recherche un Chef de Projet Événementiel pour soutenir et exécuter des projets événementiels (événements, showrooms, pop-ups, expériences culturelles) au niveau local et international, en veillant au respect des codes et des protocoles de production.

Vous aurez la responsabilité de collaborer avec des équipes internes et des prestataires externes, de suivre les KPIs et de proposer des innovations pour renforcer l'image de la Maison.

Qualifications

• Diplôme de Master (BAC+5) en commerce ou communication.
• 3–5 ans d'expérience en gestion de projets événementiels, idéalement dans le luxe.
• Passion pour l'esthétique (design, art, architecture, tendances).
• Capacité à gérer des projets et collaborer avec des équipes transversales et prestataires externes.
• Excellentes compétences en communication et en présentation des propositions.
• Capacité à évoluer dans un environnement complexe et international.
• Maîtrise courante de l'anglais et du français.

Responsabilités

• Support et exécution de projets événementiels.
• Participer à la planification et à l'exécution d'événements Core Business, alignés sur les stratégies Brand Image, Brand Experience et Brand Communications.
• Contribuer à la coordination du développement créatif (lieu, scénographie, contenu) pour les projets assignés, briefing des agences.
• Soutenir la mise en œuvre des objectifs événementiels, en considérant le ROI, les attentes des invités et les narratives de la marque.
• Aider à la production d'événements internationaux et le développement technique, en veillant au respect des plans.
• Appliquer et faire respecter les directives d'événement pour les événements régionaux locaux.
• Participer au suivi et reporting sur la performance des événements selon KPIs.

Description du poste

The Core Business Events Project Manager supports the Maison's image by assisting in the management and execution of event projects (e.g., events, showrooms, pop-ups, cultural experiences) for jewelry, watches, accessories, and fragrances, on a local or international scale. This role ensures adherence to established design and production protocols, aligning with the Maison's codes and strategic objectives. The Project Manager collaborates closely with various internal and external stakeholders on diverse event projects throughout the year.

Key Responsibilities

• Event Project Support & Execution
• Participate in the planning and execution of Core Business events, aligning with Brand Image, Brand Experience, and Communication strategies.
• Contribute to the coordination of creative development (e.g., venue selection, scenography, content) for assigned projects, including briefing external agencies.
• Support the implementation of event objectives, considering ROI, guest expectations, and Brand narratives.
• Assist in the production of international events and technical development, ensuring adherence to plans.
• Apply and ensure compliance with event guidelines for regional/local events.
• Assist in monitoring and reporting on event performance against defined KPIs.

Trend Monitoring & Innovation

• Stay informed of luxury, art, and communication trends to enrich projects and contribute to sharing sessions.
• Proactively bring new ideas and help identify partners for Brand Experience projects.

PROFILE

• You hold a Master's degree (Bac +5) in business or communication.
• You have 3-5 years of experience in event project management, ideally in the luxury sector.
• You are passionnate about aesthetics (design, art, architecture, trends).
• You are able to manage projects and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external providers.
• You have excellent communication skills, capable of presenting project proposals.
• You are able to thrive in a complex and international environment.
• You are fluent in English and French.

CDD remplacement congé maternité d'une durée de 4 à 6 mois.
