A leading luxury department store in France is seeking a Casting Editor to lead talent selection for diverse content channels. This role requires proven experience in casting, strong negotiation skills, and a keen eye for talent. The successful candidate will enjoy a collaborative environment and a hybrid work model, balancing on-site and remote work.
Casting Editor: Our Creative Studio team is looking for a Casting Editor to shape the talent behind our world-class storytelling across every visual platform. This role is a fixed-term contract until December 2026.
As Casting Editor, you’ll lead the casting strategy for Harrods’ diverse content channels and high-profile brand events, ensuring every talent choice reflects our brand identity and resonates with our audiences. This is a dynamic, collaborative role that blends creative vision with strategic execution, working closely with internal teams and external agencies to deliver exceptional casting outcomes.

The working pattern for this role is Monday-Friday; however, we are looking for someone who can be flexible.
Depending on your role, you may be fully on-site or have a mix of on-site and home working – this is what we refer to as ‘Hybrid’. Our hybrid working policy allows colleagues to work from home for part of the week, with a minimum of three days on-site, depending on business needs.

You will bring a wealth of experience in casting for fashion, beauty, or luxury brands, with a sharp eye for talent and a strong network of agency contacts. You’re a confident communicator and negotiator, able to manage budgets and build trusted relationships. Your creative flair and organisational skills allow you to juggle multiple projects while maintaining precision and brand alignment. You thrive in collaborative environments and enjoy coaching others to grow.
