Are you ready to shape the future of capital markets? We are looking for a Listing Execution Intern to join the Equity Admission team, within the PMCS department of Euronext's Primary Markets business line. The position will be based in Paris, and start in January 2027. You will report to the Head of Equity Listing Execution. Within the PMCS department, the Equity Admission team oversees the initial admission of equity securities across Euronext's markets. Operating across Oslo, Amsterdam, Dublin and Paris, the team works closely together to support a diverse range of equity transactions, including IPOs, direct listings and private placements. Supporting issuer discussions and meetings: Contribute to the preparation and follow-up of meetings with companies considering a listing on Euronext, including discussions with senior management and other key stakeholders.
Reviewing admission applications: Assist Equity Admission Managers in assessing applications for the initial admission of equity securities. This will involve reviewing corporate and financial documentation, analysing business models and transaction structures, identifying potential legal and regulatory issues, and examining post-trade arrangements.
Coordinating transaction execution: Monitor the progress of admission projects, follow up on outstanding requirements and coordinate with internal teams and external parties to help ensure transactions are completed in accordance with applicable rules and deadlines.
Producing analytical materials: Prepare summaries, project reports and presentations to support decision-making, track transaction progress and highlight key issues requiring attention.
Supporting cross-market initiatives: Participate in projects designed to streamline admission procedures, improve working methods and strengthen consistency across Euronext's different markets.
