An international luxury group is seeking a Community and Content Intern for a 6-month internship focused on supporting the Cartier Women’s Initiative. The Cartier Women’s Initiative program is composed of four pillars which define our strategy and guide our actions:

  1. Our Awards recognize and fund talented impact entrepreneurs from around the world who are leveraging business as a force for good.
  2. The Fellowship aims to provide peer-, industry-, and academic-based educational programming for skills and leadership development and business growth.
  3. The Community gives fellows lifelong access to a vibrant group of impact leaders, creating opportunities for engagement, relationship-building, and the development of social capital.
  4. Our Insights pillar consists of driving an active conversation about women impact entrepreneurs through content curation and research partnerships.
What You Will Do

During this six-month internship, the Community and Content Intern will be an integral part of the 2026 edition of the Cartier Women’s Initiative, from the announcement of the 2026 fellows to the Awards Ceremony in Bangkok, Thailand, in June 2026. The intern will also support cross-functional projects focused on women's empowerment and impact, engage in professional development and career growth opportunities, and collaborate with colleagues from around the world.

  • Support the organization of the 2026 Awards Ceremony and Awards Week, including content creation and attendee curation and management.
  • Assist in the production of communications assets for the 2026 fellows, working closely with creative agencies and the communications team to ensure brand consistency and impactful storytelling.
  • Facilitate coordination between various teams (HQ and worldwide), ensuring seamless communication and collaboration across departments and external partners.

The intern will be expected to travel to Bangkok, Thailand, in June 2026.

What You Bring to the Role

We are looking for an intern with:

  • A background in business, communications, international affairs, or development, and a strong interest in the global discourse surrounding women's empowerment, social and environmental impact, startups, entrepreneurship, and venture capital.
  • C2 level of English proficiency (according to the CEFR framework). The intern should be able to express themselves spontaneously, fluently, and precisely, differentiating subtle nuances of meaning even in complex situations.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • A collaborative team player with a positive attitude who holds themselves and others accountable for the program's success.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • A focus on continuous process improvement and operational efficiency.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Experience in community management or event management is a plus.
  • Knowledge of Thai language is a plus.
