Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of experience as a lawyer, legal counsel, or compliance officer in capital markets.
• Expertise in EMIR, SFTR and MiFID II compliance.
• Fluent in both English and French.

Responsibilities

• Draft and adapt regulatory documentation for capital markets operations.
• Collaborate with Front, Middle and Back Office to implement regulatory requirements.
• Provide regulatory foresight on evolving frameworks and risk controls.
