Okanagan College is seeking a Retail Customer Service Representative – On-Call to support Campus Store pop-up operations, assist students, staff and the public, and handle order pick-ups during peak periods.

Under the supervision of the Retail Services & Logistics Manager, you will process transactions, manage inventory, prepare displays, and ensure accurate packing and shipping between campuses. The role requires at least secondary schooling and a year of retail or cashier experience.

Qualifications

• Secondary school completion required.
• Minimum of one year recent customer service, retail and/or cashier experience.

Responsabilités

• Provide excellent customer service at Campus Store pop-up locations and pickup stations.
• Process card payments, maintain transaction records and cash balances.
• Promote products and sales while maintaining up‑to‑date product knowledge.
• Handle stocking, merchandising and housekeeping to keep displays appealing.
• Receive deliveries, verify against packing slips, and manage inventory records.
