Fortinet is seeking a Campus Management Apprentice in Sophia-Antipolis to help build an inclusive early talent pipeline across EMEA at a global cybersecurity leader. You will support partnerships with universities, schools and associations and help develop engaging content for students and recent graduates.

Responsabilités

• Build partnerships with universities, schools, associations, and academic networks across EMEA
• Design and execute campus engagement initiatives to promote Fortinet’s employer brand
• Create communication materials and content (digital, social, print) to attract diverse early talent
• Organise and coordinate campus events, career fairs, and presentations
• Track and analyse effectiveness of partnerships and outreach campaigns
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a consistent candidate experience
• Identify opportunities to grow Fortinet’s presence in the academic community

What You Will Do

As part of our EMEA HR team, you will play a key role in developing and nurturing Fortinet’s relationships with universities, schools, associations and academic networks across the region. This is a unique opportunity to grow new initiatives from the ground up and contribute directly to finding the talent that will protect the digital world. You will be exposed to an international environment and will learn from experienced, inclusive HR team members who are passionate about early talent development. This role is ideal for someone who combines an interest in people with a strong appetite for marketing and communication.

Key Responsibilities

• Building and maintaining strong partnerships with universities, schools, associations and academic networks across EMEA
• Designing and executing campus engagement initiatives to promote Fortinet’s employer brand among students and recent graduates
• Creating compelling communication materials and content (digital, social, print) to attract diverse early talent profiles
• Organising and coordinating virtual and in-person campus events, career fairs, and presentations
• Tracking and analysing the effectiveness of campus partnerships and outreach campaigns
• Collaborating with internal teams to ensure a consistent and inclusive candidate experience
• Identifying new opportunities to grow Fortinet’s presence in the academic community

What We Are Looking For

• A strong interest in marketing, communication and HR: you love telling stories and connecting people
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
• Creative mindset with the ability to design engaging content and campaigns
• Proactive and organized, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

• College or university degree in progress
