To strengthen our teams in Guyana (English-speaking countries), we're looking for a Camp Boss.

Responsibilities:

1. Manage and organize kitchen, storage, logistics, laundry, and housekeeping activities. Ensure high-quality services as per contract, including safety, quality, variety, temperature, quantity, and timeliness. Maintain cleanliness and hygiene at all times, ensuring correct hygiene techniques are used.
2. Utilize group tools such as Winrest for raw material management, production, HSE tracking, and reporting, and Calipso for audits and action plans. Participate in system evolution implementation.
3. Train the team to be autonomous and develop their skills.
4. Ensure adherence to good hygiene and manufacturing practices.
5. Analyze and send daily cost reports.
6. Respect the contract scope for all activities.
7. Use and respect the group's tools.
8. Provide KPIs and all data requested by the Headquarter.

This role may include additional tasks based on client and company needs. The role must be performed in compliance with Group standards and guidelines, emphasizing involvement, responsibility, ethics, transparency, and honesty, in line with Newrest's code of conduct.
