XRbentsh is seeking a Calypso Business Analyst to support Front to Back Office activities in Paris. The role covers L2/L3 functional support and potential senior BA work on enhancements, across treasury, FX and securities domains.

You will gather requirements, write specs, analyze incidents, and contribute to tests, upgrades, and migrations while coordinating with business users and the vendor. French and English proficiency is required.

Qualifications

• 3 to 10+ years of Calypso experience in a functional role (BA/Support)
• Solid Middle/Back Office knowledge across FX, Money Market, securities
• Experience with SIT/UAT, regression testing
• Calypso certification is a plus
• Professional English and French communication

Responsabilités

• Gather and formalise requirements from Front, Middle and Back Office teams, then write functional specifications
• Provide L2/L3 application support on Calypso: incident analysis, ticket follow up and resolution with development teams
• Design functional test plans and support SIT and UAT phases
• Contribute to version upgrades (V16 to V18) and migration projects
• Document the solution, track deliveries and support production releases
• Take part in project committees and liaise with business users and the software vendor
