Job summary

Talantir is seeking a Lead Business Analyst with deep Calypso experience to lead requirements, design, and validation for back-office processes in Paris. You will collaborate with Product Owners and stakeholders to define solutions, drive impact analysis, and ensure timely delivery while mentoring the team.

The role demands strong knowledge of Capital Markets products, SWIFT settlements, and extensive experience in Agile environments.

Qualifications

• 9+ years as Business Analyst in Calypso.
• Strong expertise in Back Office, SWIFT settlements, accounting, settlement instructions, workflows, and customization.
• Solid knowledge of Capital Markets products: Securities, Corporate Actions, Money Market, FX, Listed & OTC Derivatives.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Hands-on SQL; working knowledge of Unix and shell scripting preferred.
• Experience in Agile environments.
• Excellent communication, ownership mindset, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities
