Airbus SAS in Toulouse is seeking a Cabin & Cargo Mechanical Equipment Engineer to join the In‑Service Engineering Department. You will support Cabin & Cargo systems across the in‑service fleet, provide technical assistance, and collaborate with airlines, design offices and suppliers.

The role requires engineering experience in aircraft systems with strong English communication, excellent presentation skills, and a customer‑oriented mindset.

Qualifications

• Engineer with experience in aircraft systems or structure.
• Negotiation level in English, written and spoken.
• Excellent presentation skills, both verbal and written.
• Customer service minded with strong people skills.
• Good coordination with Customers, Design Offices, Vendors and Airbus departments.

Responsabilités

• Be a key technical referent for primary perimeters and support secondary perimeters.
• Answer customer daily queries via the Tech Request Manager tool and follow up with airlines.
• Provide on-site assistance as required and mentor newcomers.
• Monitor in-service events, trigger corrective actions with ERTL and design teams.
• Prepare and review Pre-Defined Solutions (PDS) and provide ISI/TFU to airlines.
• Participate in meetings, webinars and expert forums with stakeholders.
