Airbus SAS in Toulouse, France, seeks a Cabin & Cargo Mechanical Equipment Engineer to join the In-Service Engineering Department. You will support the Cabin & Cargo Systems for Airbus’ in-service fleet, from early wide-body aircraft to A350 and A321XLR, with a focus on technical guidance and customer support.

The role requires experience in aircraft systems or structure, strong English communication, and excellent presentation skills, along with a customer-service mindset and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Engineer with experience in aircraft systems or structure.
• Negotiation level in English (written and spoken).
• Excellent presentation skills and customer-service mindset.

Responsabilités

• Be a key technical referent for Cabin & Cargo perimeters and provide technical assistance.
• Answer customer daily queries via Tech Request Manager and follow up.
• Provide on-site assistance when required and mentor newcomers.
