ALTEN is seeking a C++ Developer to design, develop, and optimize high-performance software with cross-functional Agile teams. You will work on international client projects, shaping scalable architectures and robust backend systems.

Applicants should have a Master’s degree in CS or related field and at least 2 years of professional C++ experience, with strong English communication skills and a focus on performance, memory management, and code quality.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 2+ years of professional C++ development (internships count for junior roles).
• Proficient in modern C++ standards, STL, and multithreading.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Responsabilités

• Analyze technical specifications to define software requirements.
• Design scalable C++ architectures and assess feasibility.
• Propose and validate technical solutions with stakeholders.
• Develop high-quality C++ applications following best practices.
• Optimize code for performance, memory management, and thread safety.
• Model and implement databases and backend systems.
• Write unit, integration, and performance tests (GoogleTest, JMeter).
• Produce clear technical documentation for internal and client use.
