Freudenberg Group seeks a Buyer on a fixed-term 18-month contract to join our international procurement team and help drive sourcing excellence.

You will develop sourcing strategies, lead supplier negotiations, build partnerships, and collaborate with Operations, R&D and Quality to balance cost, quality, service and sustainability.

Key tools include SAP and procurement platforms; fluent English and French communications are required.

Competenze

• Experience in Purchasing, Procurement, or Supply Chain within an industrial or manufacturing environment.
• Strong negotiation, supplier management, and analytical skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional and international environment.
• Knowledge of SAP and procurement tools, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
• Professional communication skills in English and French.

Responsibilities:

Join Our Team as a Buyer and Help Drive Procurement Excellence!

This is a fixed-term contract (18 months) offering an excellent opportunity to join an international industrial environment.

As a Buyer , you will play a key role in developing sourcing strategies, strengthening supplier partnerships, and ensuring the best balance between cost, quality, service, and sustainability. Working closely with Operations, Supply Chain, R&D, and Quality teams, you will contribute directly to the company’s performance and long-term success.
