Job summary

Euronext is seeking a Solution Architect to define and drive the architectural vision for its ECS Products, focusing on scalable, secure, and cloud-native solutions across AWS, Azure, and EU sovereign clouds. You will lead AI transformation initiatives, integrating generative AI and intelligent automation to enhance customer experience and engineering efficiency.

Based in Paris, you will mentor teams, produce architectural roadmaps, and ensure security, cost efficiency, and maintainability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• 10+ years of software development/engineering experience, including at least 3 years in a Solution Architect role with strong AWS expertise.
• Experience designing cloud-native applications using Kubernetes, microservices, serverless technologies, and distributed architectures.
• Strong architectural design and documentation skills (HLD, LLD, target-state architectures).
• Fluent in English and able to communicate with stakeholders.

• Architect production-ready AI solutions using AWS Bedrock, SageMaker, and related services with security and cost considerations.
• Define reusable architecture patterns and standards for cloud-native apps, AI integrations, and agentic workflows.
• Produce architecture documentation (HLD/LLD/target-state diagrams/roadmaps) and guide engineering teams on best practices.
• Collaborate with internal teams, vendors, and consultants to align decisions and support delivery.
• Champion data integration and governance to support data-driven applications and AI capabilities.
• Mentor developers and tech leads to promote engineering excellence and innovation.

The position will be based in Paris. You will report to the Head of Software Development.

You will primarily be responsible for:

As a Solution Architect, you will define and drive the architectural vision for ECS Products, focusing on scalable, secure, and cloud-native solutions across AWS, Azure, and equivalent EU sovereign cloud platforms.

You will play a key role in driving AI transformation across ECS applications, integrating AI capabilities into existing products and improving engineering efficiency through automation and agentic AI solutions. Working closely with engineering teams, product managers, and stakeholders, you will ensure modern, scalable, and future-proof architectures that support business growth.

The accountability includes:

• Define and maintain the architectural vision for ECS Products, ensuring alignment with business objectives, scalability, security, and cloud strategies.
• Design end-to-end cloud-native solutions leveraging AWS, Azure, Kubernetes, serverless technologies, and microservices architectures.
• Drive AI transformation across ECS applications by identifying and implementing generative AI, intelligent automation, and agentic AI use cases to enhance product capabilities and customer experience.
• Promote AI-driven engineering efficiency through automation across software development, testing, DevOps, and operational processes.
• Architect production-ready AI solutions using AWS Bedrock, SageMaker, and related services, ensuring security, scalability, and cost efficiency.
• Define reusable architecture patterns and standards for cloud-native applications, AI integrations, and agentic workflows.
• Produce architectural documentation, including HLD, LLD, target-state diagrams, and technology roadmaps.
• Guide engineering teams on architecture best practices, application modernization, security, performance, and maintainability.

Your profile:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• 10+ years of overall experience in software development and engineering, including a minimum of 3 years in a Solution Architect role, with strong expertise in AWS cloud architecture. Experience with Azure or Google Cloud is a plus.
• Proven experience designing cloud-native applications using Kubernetes, microservices, serverless technologies, and distributed architectures.
• Strong architectural design and documentation skills (HLD, LLD, target-state architectures).
• Working knowledge of modern programming languages such as Python, Java, JavaScript, Go, or .NET.
• Hands-on experience designing and deploying generative AI solutions on AWS using Bedrock, SageMaker, and related AI services.
• Experience building agentic AI workflows using Bedrock Agents, Flows, tool integration, and orchestration frameworks.
• Understanding of LLM integration, RAG, vector databases, and AI-powered automation in enterprise applications.
• Knowledge of AI-assisted software development and opportunities to improve engineering productivity through intelligent automation.
• Experience with data integration, ETL pipelines, data governance, and security standards.
• Strong understanding of cloud security, DevOps, observability, and cost optimization.
• Experience leading architecture decisions and transitioning solutions from PoC to production.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills, with fluency in English.
• Experience with EU sovereign cloud platforms such as Scaleway/Blue/NumSpot is a plus.
