Your impact at Brevo :
  • Targeted cold calling to Marketing/CRM decision makers
  • Creation of personalized multitouch sequences (20 days)
  • Strategic selection: Target premium accounts curated by leadership. You are empowered to suggest new accounts : we value your initiative and market insights.
  • Pitch the right product to the right persona and company profile <20 seconds
  • Convert interest into quality AE meetings
  • Objective: 7 SQO/month in a stimulating and merit-based environment, with a progressive target ramp up on the 1st quarter
Your environment : A team of experts
  • Your manager: Elie Abi Nader - BDR Team Lead for 2 years, now Head of BDR, joined Brevo through Captain Wallet acquisition. Management style: collaborative, hands-on, and performance-oriented approach.
  • Your team: You'll be part of a team of 7 Enterprise BDRs, but you will be closely working cross functionally with 2 AE in a trio system.
  • Tech environment: Active participation in improving our developing Brevo CRM - your feedback drives progress!
Who you are :
  • Minimum 1 year in BDR/SDR in B2B Tech universe
  • Mastery of outbound prospecting and cold calling
  • Bonus: experience selling complex SaaS products
  • Strong communication: You pitch clearly, negotiate effectively, and listen actively
  • Organized approach: You are detail oriented, follow up methodically, and prioritize well
  • Adaptability: You handle change, learn quickly, and are able to manage stress
  • Relationship building: You build rapport, collaborate effectively, and engage proactively
