Bey Tours-DMC Europe is a Paris-based Destination Management Company specializing in leisure, corporate, incentive, and tailor-made travel experiences across Europe. We work closely with international travel agencies, tour operators, and corporate clients to design high-value journeys and events.
To support our growth, we are looking for a sales-oriented Business Development Manager with proven experience in client relationship management and key account handling, who can actively drive revenue and strengthen long-term partnerships in the European travel market.
🔹 Key Responsibilities
- Actively develop new business opportunities within the B2B leisure, luxury, and corporate travel segments.
- Manage and grow a portfolio of key accounts, ensuring long-term partnerships and repeat business.
- Build strong, trust-based relationships with travel agencies, tour operators, wholesalers, and corporate clients.
- Lead the commercial process end-to-end : prospecting, presentations, proposals, negotiations, and closing.
- Prepare and follow up on commercial offers, contracts, and pricing strategies aligned with company objectives.
- Work closely with the operations team to ensure smooth delivery and high client satisfaction.
- Represent Bey Tours at international trade fairs, workshops, sales calls, and networking events.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and client feedback to support strategic growth.
🔹 Profile & Requirements
- Minimum 2–3 years of proven experience in sales, business development, or account management, ideally in travel, tourism, hospitality, or DMC environments.
- Demonstrated ability to manage client relationships, handle important accounts, and close deals.
- Strong commercial mindset, results-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working with targets and KPIs.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Fluent in English (mandatory); additional European languages are a strong advantage.
- Good understanding of B2B sales cycles, client retention, and value-based selling.
- Knowledge of digital marketing, CRM tools, or B2B brand positioning is a plus.
