As aBusiness Development Manager, you will be a core part of our Commercial team as we build the future of sports tech. You won’t just chase leads — you’ll help redefine how value is created, partnerships are built, and markets are won in professional sports.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

• Drive innovation by supporting the VP Commercial in strategizing and implementing plans for business expansion and diversification - redefining what’s possible in sports.• Conduct detailed market research and analysis to identify customer needs and emerging trends in both, existing and potential markets.• Develop and maintain partnerships with key industry players, agencies, and vendors.• Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to create high-impact sales materials — including landing pages, decks, and campaign messaging — that showcase our product’s unique value.• Define and deliver business development strategies with speed and precision — including market entry plans, product launches, and PACETEQ’s unified commercial roadmap.• Contribute to cross-functional projects with engineering, product, and marketing.• Report to and work shoulder-to-shoulder directly with our VP Commercial.

WHAT YOU BRING

• 2–5 years experience in business development, sales or account management, preferably in SaaS, B2B or sports-tech environments• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance or a related field• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills• Proficiency in crafting compelling sales materials and executing go-to-market strategies• Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills• High accountability and ownership: able to independently drive commercial outcomes• Strong verbal + written communication in English• Adaptable mindset - solving commercial challenges in fast-moving environments
