Voyage Privé, based in Aix-en-Provence, seeks a Global Buyer Marrakech to grow and manage our Marrakech hotel portfolio, negotiating exclusive campaigns and delivering distinctive experiences for members while driving strong business results.

Based at our Aix headquarters, you will be the key contact for Marrakech hoteliers, source new partners, and collaborate with Marketing, Content, and Revenue teams to maximise campaign performance. Willingness to travel to Marrakech is required.

Qualifications

• Native or fluent English speaker essential for hotel partner relationships.
• 3–5+ years in hotel contracting, hospitality procurement, DMC, OTA, or related field.
• Strong negotiation skills and supplier relationship management.

Responsabilités

• Own and grow your hotel portfolio in Marrakech, including boutique properties, resorts, and luxury brands.
• Source and negotiate exclusive campaigns with hotel partners to meet revenue targets.
• Be the face of Voyage Privé in Marrakech: present our value proposition, onboard new partners, and build lasting relationships.
• Work with Marketing, Content, and Revenue teams to maximise campaign performance.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity in Marrakech to identify opportunities.
• Travel regularly to Marrakech to meet partners and strengthen relationships.

Your Mission

We are hiring a Global Buyer Marrakech to join our South Mediterranean team.

As a Global Buyer Marrakech you’ll play a pivotal role in growing and managing our portfolio of hotel partners in Marrakech. Based at our headquarters in Aix-en-Provence, you’ll source and negotiate exclusive campaigns with hotels in Marrakech, creating distinctive travel experiences for our members while driving strong business results.

You’ll be the key point of contact for hoteliers in Marrakech. Their main relationship with Voyage Privé will run through you.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and grow your hotel portfolio in Marrakech, including boutique properties, resorts, and luxury brands.
• Source and negotiate exclusive campaigns with hotel partners to meet revenue targets.
• Be the face of Voyage Privé in Marrakech: present our value proposition, onboard new partners, and build lasting relationships.
• Work closely with our internal teams, including Marketing, Content, and Revenue, to maximise campaign performance.
• Monitor market trends and competitors across Marrakech’s hospitality landscape to identify new opportunities.
• Travel regularly to Marrakech to meet partners and strengthen relationships on the ground.

Who You Are

• Native or fluent English speaker, essential to manage relationships with hotel partners.
• 3 to 5+ years of experience in hotel contracting, tour operating, hospitality procurement, DMC, OTA, or a related field.
• Strong negotiation skills and ease in dealing with suppliers.
• Strong knowledge of the Marrakech hospitality market, with an existing network of contacts among local hotels and key industry players.
• Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-growing environment.
• Data-driven, structured, and focused on continuous improvement.
• Willingness to travel regularly to Marrakech to meet partners as needed.
