In a nutshell

As Business Delivery Manager within our Digital OnLine (DOL) team you will lead a cross‑functional IT team closely aligned with business stakeholders. Your mission: drive user satisfaction, maximize application adoption, oversee deployments of new modules and geographies and ensure seamless incident and request management.

Where you will be based and what business you will support

Based in Nantes France; you will support our Eurofins Digital OnLine (DOL) team which is managing multiple eCommerce products. The team is continuously improving the applications to meet business demand and improve customer satisfaction.

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities
Strategic Partnership & Communication
  • Serve as a trusted business partner to DOL stakeholders and National Business Line leaders
  • Lead DOL steering committees for high‑demand scopes
  • Communicate proactively about new features, application health and incident trends
  • Measure stakeholder satisfaction via NPS surveys
Deployment Leadership
  • Manage two Business Solutions Delivery Leads
  • Plan and execute deployments of DOL applications (new modules, new geographies)
  • Oversee deployment preparation, customer onboarding, incident resolution, hand‑over to Support and stakeholder communication
Support Team Management
  • Lead a support team comprising 1 Support Manager, 1 Problem Manager and 8 Support Analysts
  • Ensure timely resolution of incidents and requests from DOL business users
  • Promote proactive problem management to reduce incident recurrence
  • Continuously improve support processes using KPI‑driven insights
Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Coordinate with Eurofins IT teams including infrastructure and application groups
  • Align deployment and support efforts across organizational boundaries
Reporting lines (based in DOL's current set‑up)
  • This role will report to DOL Program Manager

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering or related field; Master’s degree is a plus
  • Previous experience in management of IT teams and delivering business‑facing solutions
  • Strong business acumen and ability to engage with stakeholders from executives to end users
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Customer‑focused mindset with a track record of managing expectations
  • Highly organized, analytical, curious and adept at troubleshooting
  • Ability to prioritise, multitask and manage time effectively
  • Fluent in English
