Job summary

Halian Group is seeking an experienced IT Business Analyst in Strasbourg to support delivery and evolution of complex IT solutions in an international setting. You will bridge business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring requirements are clearly understood and translated into actionable system specifications.

Responsibilities include gathering and structuring requirements, modelling processes, coordinating with stakeholders, and supporting testing and documentation throughout the project

Qualifications

• Strong experience as a Business Analyst within complex IT environments.
• Excellent requirements gathering, analysis and documentation skills.
• Good knowledge of UML and process/system modelling techniques.
• Experience with modelling tools such as Enterprise Architect, ARIS or equivalent.
• Good understanding of relational databases and application integration concepts.
• Strong stakeholder management and written/verbal communication skills.
