Description du poste

About the Role

We are looking for a Business Analyst (French Speaking) to join our Delivery team in either Paris or Cambridge. You will act as the bridge between our AI‑powered technology and our global customers, ensuring that our solutions are clearly understood, correctly implemented, and deliver real value in day‑to‑day operations.

Working closely with Project Managers, Solution Architects, and clients, you will focus on understanding requirements, translating business needs into clear solutions, and supporting successful implementation and adoption across complex customer environments.

About Us

Our Paris team is focused on building and deploying AI solutions that solve real operational challenges for global infrastructure companies. From automating image analysis to improving field operations, we are working at the intersection of AI, data, and real‑world impact.

You’ll join a growing, collaborative team, working closely with engineers, product specialists and delivery experts in a fast‑paced and hands‑on environment. The team operates with a strong sense of ownership, where individuals are encouraged to take initiative, shape how we work, and have a direct impact on both product and client outcomes.

While part of a broader international organisation, this role offers the opportunity to work on complex AI‑driven projects and see your work directly deployed at scale with customers.

What You’ll Do

As part of the Delivery team, you will play a key role in supporting the client implementation journey, ensuring that our AI solutions are aligned to real‑world use cases and deliver meaningful outcomes.

  • Work with clients to gather, analyse, and document business requirements and workflows, translating these into clear functional specifications and user stories
  • Act as a bridge between client needs and technical teams, ensuring requirements are well understood and solutions align to real‑world use cases
  • Support and facilitate client workshops, discovery sessions, and solution discussions, building a strong understanding of client processes and challenges
  • Partner with Project Managers and Solution Architects to support implementation planning, integration, and deployment, ensuring requirements are tracked and aligned throughout delivery
  • Facilitate clear communication between clients and internal teams, ensuring priorities, updates, and changes are well documented and understood
  • Support user adoption and change initiatives, helping embed solutions into day‑to‑day operations and workflows
  • Contribute to testing and quality assurance activities, ensuring solutions meet business requirements
  • Gather feedback from clients and support continuous improvement of products, processes, and delivery approaches
What You’ll Bring
Essential Skills & Experience
  • Fluent in French and English (spoken and written)
  • Experience in a Business Analyst, Consultant, or similar role
  • Strong ability to gather and translate business requirements into clear outputs

  • Experience working on software implementation or integration projects
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
Preferred Experience
  • Experience working in client‑facing environments
  • Exposure to technical systems, APIs, or software integrations (not hands‑on development)
  • Experience in telecoms, utilities, or infrastructure sectors
  • Understanding of change management and user adoption

  • 2-5 years experience in Business Analysis, Consulting or related role
  • Degree in Business, Technology or related discipline
