Landmark Global in Pantin, France, seeks a skilled Business Analyst to transform complex business needs into practical, high‑quality IT solutions. You will bridge Business and IT, working with stakeholders across the organization to define requirements and deliver measurable business value.

You will gather and translate requirements, document functional specs, and support project planning, testing and deployment.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or equivalent through experience.
• At least 5 years in a Business Analyst or similar analytical role.
• Fast learner capable of understanding new domains, processes and technologies.
• Strong experience gathering, analyzing and translating requirements into functional solutions.
• Enjoys working in complex, cross-functional environments and connecting Business and IT.
• Natural relationship builder capable of aligning diverse stakeholders.
• Excellent analytical, communication and facilitation skills.
• Proactive, structured and solution-oriented with constructive challenge.
• Enjoys mentoring colleagues and sharing expertise.
• Fluent in English and French.

Responsabilités

• Gather, challenge and document business requirements through workshops and stakeholder meetings.
• Translate business needs into functional specifications and documentation.
• Analyze and prioritize requirements, assess feasibility, identify risks and evaluate impact.
• Coordinate and support more junior Business Analysts on larger projects.
• Facilitate alignment between Business, IT and stakeholders to ensure shared objectives.
• Define solution scope and ensure requirements remain traceable through the project lifecycle.
• Support Project Managers with effort estimates, planning input and updates.
• Act as the functional expert during design, development, testing and implementation.
• Develop test scenarios, coordinate UAT and validate alignment with requirements.
• Document solutions and assist business readiness through training and knowledge transfer.
• Monitor industry trends to improve organizational capabilities.
• Identify opportunities to optimize processes and systems and advise management.
• Ensure compliance with governance and regulatory standards.
• Define and monitor project KPIs and report progress.

What will you do?

As a Business Analyst, you play a key role in transforming complex business needs into practical, high-quality solutions. Acting as the bridge between Business and IT, you work closely with stakeholders across the organization to understand challenges, define requirements, and ensure that projects deliver measurable business value.

Your responsibilities

• Gather, challenge and document business requirements through workshops, interviews and stakeholder meetings.
• Translate business needs into clear functional specifications and business requirements documentation.
• Analyze and prioritize requirements, assess feasibility, identify risks and evaluate business impact.
• Coordinate and support the work of Business Analysts on larger or more complex projects.
• Facilitate alignment between Business, IT and other stakeholders to ensure a shared understanding of project objectives.
• Define solution scope and ensure requirements remain consistent, traceable and aligned throughout the project lifecycle.
• Support Project Managers by providing effort estimations, planning input and regular project updates.
• Act as the functional expert during solution design, development, testing and implementation.
• Develop test scenarios, coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT) and validate that solutions meet business requirements.
• Document solutions and support business readiness through user training and knowledge transfer where required.
• Monitor industry trends, business processes and analysis methodologies to continuously improve the organization's capabilities.
• Identify opportunities to optimize processes, systems and ways of working, and formulate recommendations for management.
• Ensure compliance with internal governance, regulatory requirements and organizational standards.
• Define and monitor relevant project KPIs and report progress to management and key stakeholders.

Who are you?

• You hold a Master's degree or equivalent through experience.
• You have at least 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
• You are a fast learner who quickly understands new business domains, processes and technologies.
• You have strong experience gathering, analyzing and translating business requirements into functional solutions.
• You enjoy working in complex, cross-functional environments and can easily connect the dots between Business and IT.

• You have excellent analytical, communication and facilitation skills.
