What You’ll Do

• Design Complex Business Challenges — Craft advanced case studies and quantitative problems spanning DCF valuation, market entry strategy, supply chain optimization, cap table modeling, and organizational behavior
• Author Ground‑Truth Solutions — Develop rigorous, step‑by‑step responses — including financial statements, strategic frameworks (4Ps, 5Cs, Porter's Five Forces), and executive‑level rationales — that serve as the gold standard for AI training
• Audit AI Reasoning — Evaluate AI‑generated business plans, financial forecasts, and strategic analyses for logical consistency, mathematical accuracy, and adherence to professional business standards
• Refine AI Thinking — Identify and correct flawed reasoning — such as sunk cost errors, WACC miscalculations, or missing macroeconomic variables — and deliver structured, actionable feedback

Who You Are

• Holder of a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from an accredited institution
• Deeply knowledgeable in at least two core business disciplines: Finance, Marketing, Operations, or Strategic Management
• A skilled analytical writer — able to synthesize complex data into clear, executive‑quality summaries and recommendations
• Naturally precise and detail‑oriented when working with financial models, data interpretation, and structured business arguments
• Self‑motivated and comfortable working independently on an asynchronous, flexible schedule
• No prior AI or tech experience required

Nice to Have

• Prior experience in management consulting, investment banking, or corporate strategy
• Background in data annotation, data quality, or content evaluation workflows
• Proficiency in data‑driven decision tools such as Excel financial modeling, Tableau, or SQL
