BESTSECRET is expanding its Bulgarian copy content to support a full market launch. The role focuses on translating, proofreading, and polishing on-brand texts for newsletters, social media, and campaigns, while coordinating cross-functional workflows with marketing and product teams.

You will manage the translation process, ensure timelines are met, and uphold impeccable grammar and stylistic consistency across all Bulgarian content for website, app, and marketing channels.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of experience as a Bulgarian copywriter in ecommerce
• Fashion marketing experience is a plus
• Experience with structured workflows, Jira and/or a TMS is a strong advantage
• Excellent writing style and impeccable grammar
• Strong stakeholder management and ability to deliver high-quality content across teams

Responsabilités

• Support the preparation and full launch of the Bulgarian market, ensuring copy/content workflows are in place for go-live
• Coordinate end-to-end project management for Bulgarian copy content workflows
• Own the translation process, manage requests, assign tasks, track progress, and communicate with stakeholders
• Create and translate engaging, on-brand texts for marketing assets (newsletters, push notifications, social media)
• Proofread all Bulgarian content ensuring grammar, clarity and consistency
• Oversee QA for all Bulgarian texts across website, app and marketing channels
• Ensure brand tone of voice is applied consistently across touchpoints and contribute to team KPIs
• Continuously improve processes and maintain high content quality

Responsibilities

• You will support the preparation and full launch of the Bulgarian market, ensuring all copy content, processes, and workflows are in place for a smooth and successful go-live.
• You will coordinate end-to-end project management for all Bulgarian copy content workflows, ensuring timelines, priorities, and stakeholder expectations are consistently met.
• You will own the translation process, managing requests, assigning tasks, tracking progress, and proactively communicating to stakeholders.
• You will create and mainly translate engaging, on-brand texts for different marketing assets, including newsletters, push notifications, and organic and paid social media, ensuring each piece aligns with the strategic communication goals.
• You will proofread all Bulgarian content, safeguarding impeccable grammar, clarity, and stylistic consistency.
• You will oversee the quality assurance process for all Bulgarian texts across the website, app, and marketing channels, ensuring accuracy, clarity, consistency, and adherence to brand guidelines.
• As part of the Brand Marketing team, you will ensure the brandu2019s tone of voice is applied consistently across all touchpoints, while actively contributing to the achievement of team KPIs and overall marketing goals.
• You will continuously strive to improve processes, enhance efficiency, and maintain the highest standard of content quality.

Qualifications

• Bulgarian is your native language, and you have business-level English proficiency. Knowledge of Croatian, or another Slavic language, is a plus.
• You have at least 7 years of experience as a Bulgarian Copywriter in a fast-paced, e-commerce environment. Having worked in fashion marketing is a plus.
• Experience working with structured workflows, Jira and/ or a TMS is a strong advantage.
• You excel in stakeholder management, confidently navigating input from multiple teams, aligning expectations, and delivering high-quality content in a structured, collaborative environment.
• Experience launching or helping launch a new market is a strong advantage.
• You have an excellent, fashion-forward writing style and impeccable command of grammar.
• You are highly organized, efficient, and comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
• You are a project manager at heart u2014 proactive, detail-oriented, and skilled at keeping processes smooth, transparent, and on track.
