Siemens is hiring a Service Specialist to support our Chantilly, VA location. You will perform building automation service tasks, respond to on-call service needs, and work with multiple internal teams to deliver energy-saving, sustainable solutions.

The role requires hands-on capabilities, safety adherence, and strong PC/software usage for documentation and reporting. Applicants should have 1+ year in servicing electronic control or HVAC equipment, and be prepared for overtime and travel as

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience servicing electronic control or HVAC equipment.
• Electro-mechanical experience with PC/software skills.
• Capable of climbing ladders and working in ducts, crawl spaces, roofs, or high lift areas.
• Able to use hand tools, laptop, email, smartphone, and tablet up to 75 pounds.
• Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Willing to work overtime and participate in on-call rotation.

Responsabilités

• Execute digitalization and standard service operations strategies.
• Collaborate with Service Sales, Client Service Managers, and RAM Digital Service Center personnel.
• Follow safety requirements and complete training as outlined in the training path.
• Maintain tools and test equipment and document services performed.
• Provide instructions to customer personnel and assist with training.
• Identify system discrepancies and assist in pricing repairs/upgrades.
