Sephora, part of the LVMH Group, is seeking a Brand Partnership Assistant on a fixed-term contract to support BPM across Europe. You will coordinate meetings, manage documentation, and assist in negotiations with a rigorous, service-oriented mindset.

Ideal candidates hold Bac+3 to Bac+5 in business or related field and have 0–2 years' experience, with strong Excel and PowerPoint skills and fluency in French and English.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree (Bac+3 to Bac+5) from a business school or university.
• Initial experience 0–2 years in commercial, purchasing, or coordination roles.
• Strong numerical skills, data tracking, and ability to consolidate information.
• Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint; comfortable with tools and processes.
• Rigorous, organized, and able to manage multiple topics with reliability.

Responsabilités

• Provide daily operational support to Brand Partnership Managers across Europe.
• Prepare elements for negotiation meetings: data collection, tracking files, and materials.
• Coordinate meetings and events: room bookings, visitor access, and logistics.
• Handle recurring operational tasks with a strong service mindset.
• Support governance of negotiated agreements and reporting of KPIs.
