Amplifon is the global leader in hearing care solutions, with a vast network of retail and service centers worldwide. We are seeking a Brand & Digital Manager to drive sustainable growth, attract new customers and deliver a premium customer experience across digital and physical touchpoints.

Qualifications

• University degree in marketing, communication or related field.
• 5+ years in brand and/or marketing with strong ROI focus.
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven mindset.

Responsabilités

• Drive brand awareness and activation across digital and in-store touchpoints.
• Lead acquisition and performance marketing, optimize campaigns and ROI.
• Collaborate with CRM/IT to integrate referral initiatives and customer journeys.
• Manage budget, KPIs and agency performance across channels.
