Job summary

HelloFresh in Paris is seeking a Brand & Communication Senior Manager on a full-time basis for 8 months to cover maternity leave. You will lead end-to-end demand generation campaigns, manage local and global stakeholders, and oversee a junior team including a Copywriter while coordinating with influencer and online paid teams.

The role requires strong management and project coordination skills, and fluency in English and French.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in communication/brand project management in a B2C scale up/eCommerce brand or top communication agency.
• Brand mindset: you are passionate about brands, creative advertising and marketing.
• Analytical mindset: you analyse the performance of your work and generate actionable learnings.
• Collaborative mindset: you like working with different stakeholders with a solution-driven attitude.

Responsibilities

• Owner of the development of Demand Generation brand activities, including brand campaigns (online and offline), chef partnership, social media and PR.
• Conception, planning, production and reporting of brand activities with stakeholders (Global Brand Team, Agencies, Local marketing teams).
• Analyze campaign performance and channel results; generate actionable insights and optimisations.
• Be the main contact for local teams on on-brand communications for all touchpoints.
• Manage the Local Brand Campaign Manager and Copywriter, and drive Creative and Social Media agencies.
